How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the contiguous United States. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Simple Modern products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
Are your water bottles and tumblers BPA-free?
Absolutely. All of our drinkware is made from high-quality, food-grade 18/8 stainless steel and is 100% BPA-free and non-toxic.
Can I put my Simple Modern products in the dishwasher?
While some of our lids are top-rack dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing the powder-coated stainless steel vessels to preserve their finish and vacuum insulation.
